Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April 28, 2026
Company: Clearline Sewer Repair
Service Area: Greater Seattle, Emerald City, and the Puget Sound Region
Governing Law: State of Washington
1. Professional Estimates & Diagnostic Requirements
Clearline Sewer Repair specializes in rehabilitating Seattle’s historic sewer systems.
- Free Estimates: Preliminary quotes provided via phone, email, orhttp://clearlinesewerrepair.com are non-binding.
- Camera Inspection Standard: Because half of Seattle’s housing was built before 1961, subsurface conditions vary greatly. A Sewer Camera Inspection is required to identify offsets, bellies, or collapses and to determine if Trenchless (CIPP) or Open Trench repair is the necessary solution.
- Trenchless Feasibility: Our 50-year structural lining is dependent on the host pipe’s integrity. If a pipe is severely offset or collapsed, Clearline reserves the right to recommend Open Trench excavation to ensure code compliance.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By contacting us at (425) 737-3659 or requesting an estimate online, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages for:
- 24/7 Emergency Dispatch: Real-time updates for urgent backups or failing main lines.
- Service Logistics: Appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, and scheduling reminders.
- Project Media: Digital delivery of sewer camera inspection footage and UV-lining completion reports.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Licensing, Insurance & Professional Standards
In service since 2007, Clearline Sewer Repair is a family-owned company, fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Washington. We utilize in-house technicians and our own excavation equipment (including Vactor Trucks) to ensure safety, code compliance, and professional workmanship on every job.
4. Punctuality & Regional Service Factors
We serve the greater Puget Sound area, from Everett to Tacoma. While we offer 24/7 support, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy I-5 or I-405 corridor traffic.
- Extreme Pacific Northwest weather events (heavy rain/wind) affecting excavation safety.
- Delays in municipal utility marking (811) or City of Seattle permitting.
5. Advice & High-Tech Disclaimer
Information on our website regarding UV curing, CIPP lining, and eco-friendly materials is for educational purposes. Every Emerald City property is unique; digital content is not a substitute for an on-site professional diagnostic.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Washington law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural failures in pipes that were already collapsed or eroded prior to our arrival.
