Sometimes it’s obvious that your pipes need service. Namely, you have an inconvenient (and potentially smelly) problem on your hands. Naturally, these are the problems that we’d all prefer to avoid. An ounce of prevention is worth at least a pound of cure.
And when it’s time to bring the cure in, the problem is usually magnified. For one, you’re scrambling to find service. For two, you weren’t expecting your sewage system to be shutdown. This can ruin your day, or your whole week.
So it’s worth knowing the signs that your pipes are due for failure, as well as the more obvious ones that failure has already occurred. A little preemptive service can save you time, money, and grief.

Here’s when its time to consider trenchless repair services:
1. Slow or clogged drains
If your sinks, toilets, tubs, etc are draining slower than usual (or not draining at all), it’s time to look at trenchless solutions. If it’s beyond the help of a plunger or plumbing snake, try trenchless.
You could have a simple blockage. Hydro jetting can resolve any blockage, without digging up your lawn. But it’s also worth knowing what caused the blockage in the first place. It could be a break in the pipe, creating a snag point for debris. Or it could be that a root has penetrated the line and is obstructing the hole.
Our pipe camera can quickly inspect and diagnose your pipe problems, so you know exactly how to proceed.
2. Knowledge of cracked or broken pipes
Likewise, if you’re aware of damage in your pipes, it’s time to insert a new liner. All we need is access to the pipe, and a liner can be inverted and cured in place to form a fully functional pipe inside the old one. No muss, no fuss.
The trouble spot can be located/diagnosed on the inside of the pipe with a pipe camera, and a new liner can be installed exactly where it needs to go.
3. Sewer odor in the house
This is another sign something is amiss. Again, diagnosing the cause of the blockage is just as important as the solving the blockage itself. You can have it inspected via camera, and you’ll know whether it’s a one-time problem or your system needs a trenchless upgrade.
4. Soggy area in lawn
This is another indicator of pipe issues that might show up, even if the other signs have yet to rear their ugly heads. Leaks in the sewer line can cause waste water to go…well, out of the pipe. Luckily, there’s a quick, clean and cost-effective way to diagnose the problem.
5. Your home is over 50 years old
The life expectancy of pipes is 50 years, at most. If your pipes are at or around this age, it’s time to have them upgraded. Trenchless technology lets you put an entire brand new system in all of your pipes, without tearing up floors, walls or grass. Heck, you don’t even have to remove the old pipes.
And it all takes place in a matter of hours. With our new UV curing equipment, cure time is reduced to about 1/5 what it once was.
